We are Valentine and Sascha and this is the blog about our joint journey as partners, best friends and supportive companions. While trying to live our life to the fullest we are searching for new experiences, are continuously challenging ourselves and each other and are trying to turn change into sustainable transformation.

We love, laugh and cry – and all of that together.

You, as well as us – we are the master of our own universe. We make unconscious decisions, which can be turned into conscious ones, every single day.

Every new day is a chance to change. Done right, every change can be turned into a lasting personal transformation. Knowing the process gives us a lot of power over our lives.

A few years ago we wanted to change our daily life routine and incorporate new habits. Habits that make us happy, healthy and successful together. The moment we heard that research shows it takes 66 days to change a habit, we wanted to try this and started planning our first 66 days-challenge.

The first one successfully failed after 14 days, the second one after 23, and so on. At one point we had the right balance between ambition and humbleness and finally succeeded, with our so-called Balance Challenge which enabled us to find harmony between our love, social, personal and professional life. This was the start of a transformative journey as a team.

Since 2018 we have done more than 10 of these challenges of which we completed most and ended some early whenever we noticed they did not have a positive impact on us.

We now have a routine to regularly check in with each other to see what we want to start, stop and keep in our life. Some habits we are working towards with a 66 days-challenge and others we are approaching less institutionalized.

In any case we enjoy reflecting and writing about our experiences. We want to authentically share our stories and learnings with other couples and individuals who are searching for love, fun and opportunities to grow.

Read all about it on our page and leave feedback if you feel like it – maybe it inspires you to do the same!
